Hourly services: +50%
The surcharge applies only to time worked from 7 PM onward. Time worked before 7 PM keeps its regular rate. Your hour number is based on the full visit; it does not restart at 7 PM.
- First-hour rate: $150 → $225
- Hours 2 and 3: $90 → $135 per hour
- Hour 4 onward: $70 → $105 per hour
Example: a two-hour hourly visit from 6–8 PM is $150 for the first hour plus $135 for the second hour: $285 total.
Murphy beds & saunas
There is no automatic 50% surcharge on these project prices. If you specifically request evening work, we discuss and agree on any additional charge before booking.
Evening appointments are subject to availability. Selecting an evening window submits a request; it does not confirm an appointment.
